Welcome!

Hi, I’m Tammy. If you’ve somehow landed on this blog… well, commiserations. I joke. Mostly.

I’m a Christian trying to figure out life, faith, calling, and how to survive ministry training without losing my mind or my sense of humour. Faith isn’t something I switch on for Sundays — it’s tangled into my studies, my work, and the way I try to navigate the world.

This blog is my little corner to process the chaos: the questions, the dilemmas, the “what on earth is God doing?” moments. Everything here is my own view — not the official stance of the church I’m attached to. I’m part of a very broad church, which means I hear opinions from every possible angle. Some I love, some I tolerate, and some make me want to lie down in a dark room.

As for me: I’m in my 30’s, living in the central belt of Scotland, have the most wonderful family, and gorgeous Australian Labradoodle. I have a lot to be grateful for — including the fact that God somehow convinced me to leap into ministry. A leap of faith, truly. But if you’re going to journey with God, you might as well jump.

If you’re here, I hope you find something honest, helpful, or at least mildly entertaining.
